exchange of MediGo goods

You can return the goods purchased in the MediGo online store within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original condition, including packaging and labels. Used goods cannot be returned.

How are returns and exchanges made?

Contact us to arrange a return

Notify us of your desire to return the goods by phone or email within 14 days of receipt.

Prepare the goods for shipment

Pack the goods in the original packaging with the labels and presentation intact. Used goods cannot be returned.

Send the goods back

Send the goods to the specified address with a mandatory tracking number. Shipping costs are according to the terms of return.

Get your money back

Funds for the returned goods are credited to a bank card or account. The transfer is made within 14 business days after receiving and checking the goods.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged

The product was in use

Only new goods are eligible for return and exchange. If the product shows signs of use (installation, switching on, presence of programs or traces of operation), it will not be accepted back, even if it is fully equipped

The product packaging is missing or damaged

The original packaging is part of the product. If it is missing or severely damaged, the store has the right to refuse the return. This also applies to instructions, trays, foam, etc.

The product has visible signs of use

Scratches, scuffs, fingerprints, or damaged films are signs of use. Such goods are not accepted for return in accordance with the rules of distance selling

The product has visible technical damage

Cracks, dents, chips, traces of liquid or improper storage are reasons for refusing a return, even if the product is under warranty

No receipt or warranty card

Documents confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice, warranty card) are required. Without them, a return or exchange is not possible
